Adriano Remiddi
Former coordinator of the GC South East Europe Programme for the University of Bologna in Sarajevo, as the Head of Capacity Development Unit at the GC, Adriano is in charge of the overall designing and implementation of the project, with the support of key offices and colleagues of the GC headquarters in Venice, the GC Asia-Pacific regional hub, and the project team in Dili.

Dr. Li Li Chen
Ph.D in Political Science at the University of Florida and visiting Professor at the UNTL in Dili, Li Li supports the organization of the academic operations of the project, especially its extra-curricular activities and the creation of the Centre’s library. Li Li also helps the project to liaise with UNTL bodies and other local civil society partners.

Jelena Vukobrat
.Coordinator at the Henrich Boll Stiftung – Sarajevo Office, and an alumna of the Global Campus, between July 2019 and September 2020, Jelena supported the project cycle management, as well as the development of training programmes and study materials. She continues coordinating the process of the creation of the new human rights textbook and curating the "Human Rights & Cinema" programme.

Senhorina (Adi) Madalena dos Santos
Youth activist and BA holder from UNTL Faculty of Social Sciences, Adi helps with the manifold office work practical aspects, as well as with the organization of events and activities, including trainings and communication. Adi also helps in liaising the project to the students and activists local community.
Logistical Officer
Alì Ghulam
An experienced professional in the hospitality and operations sector, Alì temporarily joined the team being of crucial support for the supervision of the refurbishment works of the new Centre premises, and for the organization of the its inauguration event.
GC Asia-Pacific Programme Lecturer
Dr. Yanuar Sumarlan
A human rights scholar at the IHRP-MU, Yanuar acts as academic tutor to the six Timorese Human Rights Defenders (Group 1) who joined the GC APMA master’s programme, supporting their preparatory studies and overseeing their academic year and performance.

Celso da Fonseca
Celso is a lecturer of human rights and international relations at the UNTL Faculty of Social Sciences. He gained a Global Campus Asia Pacific Master in Human Rights and Democratization from Mahidol University. Celso supports the UNTL Human Rights Centre by facilitating the implementing the education and research activities that allow for the gradual integration of this new institution into the University. Beyond is his academic carrier, he is also interested in working in grassroots development areas, including vulnerable people, focusing on women and children with disabilities, business, and the environmental area.

Joanico Gusmao Alves
A graduate from theGlobal Campus Asia Pacific Master in Human Rights and Democratization, Mahidol University. Youth advocate and consultant, co-founder of the Institute of Education Timor-Leste. Joanico supports the Human Rights Centre at UNTL to develop and teach the new human rights general course, organizing the extracurricular activities, and liaise with the local and international stakeholders.

Lecture assistant at the Department of Community Development, Francelino is a youth activist and a former trainee of the Human Rights Centre. He helps with office work practical aspects, as well as with the organization of events, activities, trainings, communication including logistics.

Dr. Michael Hayes
A senior human rights scholar at the IHRP-MU Institute of Human Rights and Peace Studies, Mahidol University (Bangkok), Mike acts as the main academic and implementation advisor to the project manager, as well as the focal point for the integration of the future UNTL-HRC within the GC Asia-Pacific network.
