Dr. Artur Ghazinyan
Dr. Artur Ghazinyan is the Programme Director of the MA Programme in Human Rights and Democratisation in Eastern Partnership Countries. Dr. Ghazinyan has a vast experience in academic and governmental institutions. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (YSU), a Master’s degree in Law (YSU) and a PhD (YSU). Dr. Ghazinyan defended his PhD on “The role of European Judicial Bodies in Human Rights Protection: Legal Comparative Study of Luxembourg-Strasbourg Case Law”
Dr. Ghazinyan’s research interests lie within EU law, Human Rights, EU energy security. He is a Lecturer in General course of European law, The institutions and procedures of European Union and European Judicial Human Rights Protection.
Artur Ghazinyan participated in a number of conferences and workshops. He authored and edited a considerable number of articles and publications.
