Getting ready for the GC International Student Conference on Just Transition, Bishkek, 17-21 June

From June 17-21, the Global Campus Central Asia Master's Programme in Human Rights and Sustainability (MAHRS) will host the International Student Conference on Just Transition: Conditions for Change in the Global Order at the OSCE Academy in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. This event is a revitalised edition of the GC Global Classroom, a flagship research and networking programme for students.

Global Campus Alumni Together for Climate Justice and the Right of Future Generations - a remarkable gathering in Athens

As part of the growing emphasis of the Global Campus of Human Rights on the value of its alumni network, the Global Campus Alumni (GCA) recently organised their largest three-day event in years in Athens, Greece. This gathering followed the participation of a "taskforce" consisting of seven alumni from each GC region in the 2023 High-Level Conference in Venice.

Biennale Arte 2024: Foreigners Everywhere

The 60th International Art Exhibition, titled Stranieri Ovunque – Foreigners Everywhere, will open to the public from Saturday April 20 to Sunday November 24, 2024, at the Giardini and the Arsenale; it will be curated by Adriano Pedrosa and organised by La Biennale di Venezia. The Press Office of the Global Campus of Human Rights was invited and is participating to the pre-opening days which started today April 17, and will continue on 18 and 19 with a series of events. The International Jury of the 60th International Art Exhibition of La Biennale di Venezia is made up of Julia Bryan-Wilson (president), American curator and professor at Columbia University; Alia Swastika, Indonesian curator and writer; Chika Okeke-Agulu, Nigerian curator and art critic; Elena Crippa, Italian curator; and María Inés Rodríguez, French-Colombian curator.
