A New GC Exchange of Professors at Lat.Ma, University of San Martin in Buenos Aires

During 6-10 April 2015, Professor Ray Paolo Santiago of the Ateneo de Manila University – a partner University of the Asia-Pacific Regional Program – offered a number of seminars on the protection of human rights in Asia and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), for the students of the Masters' in Human Rights and Democratization in Latin America and the Caribbean (Lat.Ma). 

Prof. Santiago`s visit was part of the Global Campus programme for the exchange of lecturers and researchers.

During his stay in Buenos Aires, Prof. Santiago recorded an interview with Lat.Ma’s Co-Director, Veronica Gomez, on the subject of regional human rights protection in Asia, the role and priorities of ASEAN in the region and the major challenges it currently faces.
