FOCUS ON: CES programme, Centre for European Studies of the Yerevan State University

The CES programme is a regional cooperation of 4 universities in the Eastern Partnership regions (Belarusian State University, University of Economic and Political Studies Chisinau, Moldova, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in Ukraine) with a view to integrating other universities, particularly in Georgia and Ukraine.

The duration of the Master’s at the Yerevan State University changed in 2013 from a two-year programme to a one-year programme including the completion of the 2012 cohort in May 2014, organisation and completion of the 2013 cohort and enrolment of the 2014 cohort

The Master’s is structured in two semesters, one spent at the Yerevan State University and the other at one of the partner universities. The 2013 cohort which started in October 2013 spent the autumn term (October-December 2013) at the Centre for European Studies of the Yerevan State University, while from February to July 2014 students undertake courses at partner universities.
