MHRD student's film honoured with a Peabody Award
A current MHRD student, Reza Lenin, has been honoured with a Peabody Award, the highest honor in TV and radio journalism in the USA, for his work on the film Fault Lines: Made in Bangladesh.
This film brings to light the struggle for justice by garments workers in Bangladesh including the survivors of Tazreen and Rana Plaza. Reza worked as a researcher and field producer for the film in Dhaka in May 2013.
We congratulate Reza for his work.
