In the framework of the capacity building project ‘’ Development of Human Rights Education and Research at the Universidad Nacional de Timor-Lorosa’e’’ implemented by the Global Campus of Human Rights and funded by the European Union with the European Instrument for Democracy and Human Rights/Country Based Support (EIDHR/CBS), it is online a competitive tender to recruit a local construction company in Dili (TL) for the purposes of refurbishing the future premises of the Center.
