The 2015 edition of the training on "La Tutela dei Diritti Umani presso la CEDU” has come to an end

The 2015 edition of the professional training on "La Tutela dei Diritti Umani presso la Corte Europea dei Diritti dell’Uomo (CEDU)” (“The protection of Human Rights within the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR)”) has come to an end.

On behalf of the European Inter-University Centre for Human Rights and Democratisation (EIUC), we would like to thank all lecturers and participants for their involvement in the seminar and for making it a successful achievement as it was!

During the three-day course participants were stimulated to deepen the judicial mechanisms which regulate the implementation of the European Convention on Human Rights with special attention for the individual complaint procedure before the ECHR.

A special thanks to Judge Roberto Conti (Cassazione) and Judge Ledi Bianku (ECHR), as well as to facilitators and active participants in the parallel working groups dedicated to civil and penal lawyers which closed the seminar. The two sessions fostered fruitful discussions and allowed best practices and technical aspects to emerge. EIUC looks forward to the next edition of this training on "La Tutela dei Diritti Umani presso la Corte Europea dei Diritti dell’Uomo (CEDU)” and to implement new activities dedicated to legal practitioners, also taking into account remarks and suggestions collected.
