• 11-12 September 2008: Arrival on Venice-Lido and Orientation Days

Orientation Days for new students in the E.MA academic year 2008/2009

• 15 September 2008: Start of the first E.MA Thematic Section and classes
• 28 September 2008: E.MA Graduation & Opening Ceremony in Scuola Grande San Rocco, Venice (formal dress code)
• 22 December 2008 - 4 January 2009: Season/ Holiday Break
• 30 January 2009: End of the First E.MA Semester in Venice
• 1 February 2009:  Arrival at Second Semester University destination
• 13 July 2009: Deadline for submission of E.MA Master Thesis
• 30 July 2009: End of the Second EMA Semester
• September 2009: Oral Examination and E.MA Graduation Ceremony in Venice
