Our global network is glad to announce that Verónica Gómez, President of the Global Campus of Human Rights and Director for Education of the International Centre for Political Studies (CIEP) at the National University of San Martin (UNSAM), was elected in the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (2022-2027). The appointment was announced on Friday, 12 November 2021 at the Organisation of American States (OAS) General Assembly.

Each year the EMA Council of Directors selects five theses, which stand out not only for their formal academic qualities but also for the originality of topic, innovative character of methodology and approach, potential usefulness in raising awareness about neglected issues, and capacity for contributing to the promotion of the values underlying human rights and democracy.
