Why Human Rights education matters?

On the 7th of November 2018 the European Inter-University Centre for Human Rights and Democratisation (EIUC) and the Global Campus of Human Rights (GC) in cooperation with the Swedish NGO Civil Rights Defenders, will organize in the premises of the European Parliament in Brussels an event focusing on the question ‘’Why Human Rights education matters?’’.

The aim of this event is to present the role and impact of the GC, a network of almost one hundred universities, as key actor in the higher Human Rights education sector, and the potential of the human capital that it nurtures as contemporary agent of change to the members of the European Parliament, of European Institutions and stakeholders at large.
